We strive to make your experience with us as simple and transparent as possible. Here's a step-by-step overview of how our process works from start to finish:

Request a Quote:

Every project begins with you filling out our online quote request form by tapping the link above when you're ready. This form helps us gather your personal information along with details about what you need cleaned.

Initial Assessment & Quote Generation:

After seeing over 3,500 properties over the years—and all the dirt and grime you can imagine—we’ve developed a reliable quoting system that typically just requires the square footage. In-person quotes are very rare and generally not necessary for most residential jobs. However, we do offer in-person quoting for commercial and industrial projects. Once we receive your information, we generate a quote that’s as accurate as possible based on the details provided. If we’re unable to view your property online, we may request that you send photos of the property or specific areas needing service via email or text. How We Price Jobs:

Our quotes are based on several factors, including:

Since no two jobs are exactly the same, pricing can vary from one property to another.

  1. Location of the property

  2. Average square footage (Only required for house washing, deck cleaning, and roof washing)

  3. Approx window pane count (Only needed for window cleaning services)

  4. Overall complexity of the work

Final Quote & Optional Add-ons:

Once we’ve finalized your quote, it’s typically considered final (99.9% of the time). The only exception is if additional work is requested by the homeowner on the day of service. In such cases, any added services will only be completed if both parties agree—either verbally or in writing via email.

 

Review Your Services:

After the quote is sent, you'll be able to view each service listed in detail—including what’s included and how it will be completed. This gives you a clear understanding of the scope of work before any commitment is made.

 

Approval & Scheduling:
If you're happy with the quote and terms, you can approve it directly online. Once approved, we’ll begin working with you to schedule a service date, pending receipt of your deposit.

We’re not a franchise, and we’re definitely not from the city. Born and raised in the Collingwood, Stayner, and Wasaga Beach area, growing up playing hockey across Grey Bruce, Clearview, and Simcoe, with deep family ties throughout the region. This is our home.

When it comes to service, we keep it real. If you drop a pin on Collingwood, we generally cover a 1–2 hour radius from that central hub—depending on the size and scope of the job. We won’t head all the way to Port Elgin or Barrie for a quick window or gutter clean, but for larger house washes or more complex projects, we’re happy to make the trip.
